Your WIC Coordinator will have the most recent version of the marketing materials, both in hard copy and electronically. All materials are also available for download in the Materials section.
Refer also to the one-page reference "Stages of Change - A Model for Nutrition Counseling." This very helpful fact sheet gives a description of each stage and the behavior goals and educational strategies that support effective nutrition counseling at each stage.
