Do I have to keep the participant's Certificate after I've recorded the information in MTRACX?

MI WIC Policy will be developed to address this question in the near future. Ideally, certificates will be kept in the participant's chart so that the topic and plans for behavior change can be followed up on at the next recertification appointment.
